Top Coat is a non-toxic water-based finish that is mildew resistant and odourless. It dries to a clear, flat matte finish. It will help protect a milk-painted surface, while preserving the soft, flat look of the paint.
Can also be used as a mixing medium for glaze or as a “mod podge” type application and is perfect for decoupaging pieces.
Top Coat comes in Pint and 4 oz Sample sizes. It is water clean-up. Do not use below 12 degrees Celsius. Do not freeze.
